Participants will create a selection of handmade chocolates during this session, including:
Six chocolate truffles, filled with a choice of four different fillings
Hand-rolled truffles, finished with a selection of four different toppings
Chocolate bark, inspired by the Chinese Year of the Horse
To accompany the experience, participants will be offered a glass of Chinese alcohol (for adults ONLY) or juice.
