This Agreement sets out the arrangements between Learn.je (BODA Jersey Ltd) and the Young Person named below, with the consent and signature of their Parent or Guardian. It confirms the Young Person's participation in on-site activities at the Holiday Camp and the terms of any participation bursary awarded.

*The Young Person will work at all times under the direct supervision of a Learn.je team member who holds a valid enhanced DBS check.

A responsible adult will be present and accessible throughout each session.
