This Agreement sets out the terms of employment between BODA Jersey Ltd (trading as Learn.je) (“the Employer” / “Learn.je”) and the young person named below (“the Assistant”), who has reached the compulsory school leaving age. As the Assistant is under 18, their parent or guardian signs to acknowledge and support the arrangement. This document also serves as the Assistant’s written statement of employment particulars under the Employment (Jersey) Law 2003.
